IOI Boulevard

If you are living or working in Puchong, you must have noticed this newly completed business-cum-entertainment hub at Bandar Puchong Jaya. This is a great indication of more eateries popping up in Puchong^^

One of the 1st restaurant that I've spotted is the Umai-Ya. Having heard of ample of great reviews of it at the existing Damansara outlet but never tried it myself before, I was quick to check this Japanese restaurant out~~

Bento set with tantalizing chicken........

Sushi is a must-try.....I was late that day & they wanna cleared up by doing promotion with RM2 for all sushi on the conveyor belt..hooo..hoooo..^^

By the way, Umai-ya is doing Christmas & New Year's lunch buffet at their Damansara outlet....
Besides this, I noticed a few more other outlets which seems tempting......

A lover of dessert myself, will definitely try this the next time!!!

A Korean restaurant to complement the Japanese restaurant.......

During the weekend, I've discovered there is this mini bazaar at the IOI Boulevard too......

Selling clothes & bags~~

I spotted this interesting booth by Claz'room art studio which offers digital art courses....Check this out: http://clazroom.blogspot.com/

The Cave @ SS2

I had a revisit to The Cave recently to celebrate my colleague's burfday. Famed for its cave-interior theme,it needs no introduction since this place has been around for quite some times & it's so ubiquitous in the FoodBLOG's GalaXy.

Quite tiring for us to climb to the top level....(Sign of diminishing stamina..duhhh...)

We initially thought this was specially prepared for us.....Haha..to our dismay, we were lead to the wrong table!!!!!! This was pre-booked by another group of patrons.....

For starter, we had platter......

Canton-i

I had a much-anticipated gathering with my coursemates back in Uni last couple of weeks ago @ The Garden. As usual, we're roaming around aimlessly looking for food and at last, we settled at Canton-i. Though it's been omnipresent since ages ago, it's a shame that I've never set foot on it before....*Paiseh*.....

Open-concept kitchen...

Peoples that I shared laughter & panic over exams with during my years in uni^^

Yummy yummy egg tart....

Yam bun... I luv YAM!!!!!

Savoured this....

Char-siew...Very nice^^

Fried rice....

Hong-koNG style "Chu Cheong Fan"

This dish remind me of a scene from a Stephen Chow's "The God of Cookery" movie ( Yup, I'm a big fan of him^^) He made a dish that resembles this during the competition.... Ok, i should really stop blabbering.....

Wanton.... This tastes good...
